Before You Message Us
I found an error in a review — how do I report it?
Use the form below and select 'Error / Correction' as the topic. Include the specific review or page, the incorrect detail, and a source if you have one. We verify every correction against the exchange directly and update the review promptly when a mistake is confirmed.
Can you review my exchange or project?
We only review exchanges we have personally funded and traded, which limits how many we can cover each year. If you would like your platform considered, send details through the form with the topic 'Partnership Opportunity' — but note that no exchange can pay to influence a score or ranking.
I want to advertise or sponsor — who do I contact?
Email ads@rononcrypto.com or select 'Advertising / Sponsorship' in the form. Advertising never affects review scores. You can preview available placements and pricing on our Advertise page.
Do you accept guest posts or paid links?
No. We do not publish guest posts, sponsored articles that read as editorial, or paid links. Sponsored content, when it exists, is always clearly labeled as advertising and kept separate from our reviews and rankings.
How long until I get a reply?
Most messages get a response within 24–48 hours on business days. Media requests marked 'URGENT' in the subject line are prioritized. For the fastest response on advertising or partnership enquiries, email the relevant address directly.
