How to calculate position size

Position size equals the risk amount divided by the distance from entry to stop loss. On a 1,000 USDT account risking 2% per trade, the risk amount is 20 USDT. Enter at 77,220 with a stop at 75,680, so the distance is 1,540 USDT per BTC — the size works out to roughly 0.0130 BTC.

Formula in words: Position size = (Balance × risk %) ÷ |Entry − Stop loss|.
